Jens Montanana

Chief Executive Officer, Datatec Executive Chairman, Westcon-Comstor

Jens is the founder and principal architect of Datatec, established in 1986 and Westcon-Comstor’s parent company. Between 1989 and 1993, Jens served as Managing Director and Vice-President of US Robotics (UK) Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of US Robotics, Inc. which was acquired by 3Com in 1997. In 1993 he co-founded US start-up Xedia Corporation, which was subsequently sold to Lucent Corporation in 1999. In 1994 Jens became Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Datatec. Jens graduated with a degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Reading.

 

Ivan Dittrich

Group Chief Financial Officer, Datatec Chief Financial Officer, Westcon-Comstor

Ivan rejoined Datatec in 2016 from Vodacom, where he had been Group Chief Financial Officer from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that he held a number of senior executive positions at Datatec, including Group Chief Financial Officer from 2008 to 2012, in a career that spanned 13 years. Ivan qualified as a Chartered Accountant (South Africa) at Deloitte South Africa and also worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers in London. He completed the Oxford Advanced Management and Leadership Programme at Saïd Business School.

 

David Grant

Chief Executive Officer, Westcon-Comstor

David is responsible for the operational leadership and management of EMEA and APAC commercial operations. He has held several leadership roles in the company, including Executive Vice President Global Partner Sales & Business Operations, and Senior Vice President EMEA Solution Practices & Vendor Management. He joined Westcon-Comstor from Crane Telecommunications, where he served as CEO until its acquisition in 2007. David has also held leadership roles with Canon UK across sales, marketing, investments and acquisitions, retail and channel management. David’s credentials include a BSc from Brunel University and the Senior Executive program from Henley Management College.

Patrick Aronson

Executive Vice President, Westcon-Comstor, Asia Pacific

Patrick Aronson is responsible for the company's business performance across south-east Asia, Greater China, Japan, Korea, Australia and New Zealand. Previously Vice President of Asia, he was responsible for growing the region's Comstor, Westcon Security Solutions and Services businesses. Prior to joining, Patrick spent a decade leading Motorola's mobile business in south-east Asia. He spent five years as Managing Director at Brightstar where he developed its engagement strategy and mobility business. Patrick has a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Asian Studies from Hobart College, New York, and is fluent in Vietnamese and Thai.

 

Callum McGregor

Chief Financial Officer, Westcon-Comstor, EMEA

With more than a decade in the Datatec Group finance, Callum now serves as Chief Finance Officer for Westcon-Comstor International EMEA and Group regions. Joining Westcon-Comstor International in 2014 as Services Director of Finance, he has also held roles of Vice President of Finance for Cloud and Vice President of Group Finance & Operations. Callum began his career with Deloitte, South Africa, qualifying as a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants. Callum is also qualified as a Certified Information Systems Auditor and holds international affiliate membership with CPA Australia and the American Institute of Certified Public Accounting. He holds a B. Comm degree from the University of Johannesburg.

 

David Corcoran

Chief Finance Officer, Westcon-Comstor, Asia Pacific

David joined the company as Finance Controller, Australia, and held several roles over the past 17 years, including Commercial Manager, Operations Director and Chief Operations Officer. David began his career with Irish Chartered Accounting firm Niall M Hogan & Company, where he qualified as a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). Upon moving to Australia, David worked on finance projects for companies such as the Australian Broadcasting Corp., Symphony Australia and the Australian National Audit Office. David is a Fellow of the ACCA.

 

Paul Cunningham

Chief Marketing Officer, Westcon-Comstor

Paul joined the company in June 2019 as CMO and is responsible for Westcon-Comstor global marketing strategies across EMEA and APAC. Paul joined from Unify – Atos Collaboration Solutions, where he was CMO responsible for unified communications, collaboration and digital workplace strategies. Previously in his career, Paul was Vice President Technology, Westcon Group based in New York and, for more than a decade, Paul led a successful business development consultancy working with vendors and partners. Paul graduated with a BA in Economics and History from the University of East Anglia.

 

Dwight Pitter

Chief Information Officer, Westcon-Comstor

As CIO, Dwight is responsible for design and deployment of company-wide technology systems. Since joining in 2015, he has led our digital transformation and has been fundamental to the development of our digital distribution platforms. Dwight possesses 20 years of commercial experience across global enterprise solutions, e-commerce platforms, order management and CRM. He holds a degree in Computer Science from Southern Connecticut State University.

 

Donna Bain

Senior Vice President International HR, Westcon-Comstor

Donna joined Westcon-Comstor in 1997 and is responsible globally for people and development. Her career has evolved with the business; previous roles include Finance Manager, Personal Assistant and Marketing Events Manager before moving into Human Resources. She specialises in coaching and mentoring and is trained in hypnotherapy. Prior to joining Westcon-Comstor, Donna was a Senior Auditor with the RAF.

 

Simon Thompson

Senior Vice President Global Accounts, Westcon-Comstor

Simon has been with the business since 2002, holding a series of senior roles including Managing Director of Westcon UK, before heading up our global business for the last seven years. As SVP Global Accounts he is responsible for a team focused on providing international deployment solutions for global service providers and systems integrators.

 

Kevin Brzezinski

Senior Vice President Operations, Westcon-Comstor

Kevin is responsible for strategic direction and execution of operations strategy across our international business. Previously Vice President of Operations in Westcon North America, Kevin has held a number of supply chain, logistics and distribution services leadership roles. Prior to joining Westcon-Comstor in 2012, he was director of Worldwide Operations for Lexmark. He holds an MBA and BSc from the Indiana Institute of Technology.

 

Willem J.H. de Haan

SVP of Comstor, International

Willem previously led the company’s Westcon Security Division in EMEA, restructuring its portfolio and go-to-market, bolstering sales and optimising returns, combined with area leadership of our entire Central European region covering both Westcon and Comstor subsidiaries. He comes to Westcon-Comstor after serving as EVP at the data communications, security, systems and storage distribution business at Landis Group, and held leadership roles at both Getronics Group and A-line Technologies. His advanced education includes a BBA in Commercial Technology from Nyenrode Business University and a BSc from the Eindhoven University of Technology.

 

Rene Klein

SVP of Westcon Europe

Based in Houten, Netherlands, Rene leads the Westcon business across Europe. Since joining the company in 2007 from Crane Telecommunications, Rene has held a series of country and regional sales leadership roles that include Westcon Convergence in Benelux, France, DACH and Eastern Europe, as well as Westcon-Comstor group in northern Europe. Rene has previously held leadership roles in VolkerWessels and Distritel, a Dutch value-added distributor. Rene is a graduate from the Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences.

 

Rakesh Parbhoo

Chief Executive Officer, Westcon-Comstor Sub-Saharan Africa

Rakesh is responsible for the company's strategy and business performance across Sub-Saharan Africa. Prior to joining, Rakesh spent almost two decades in executive leadership roles across emerging markets at Dimension Data. Rakesh graduated with a BCom degree from the University of the Witwatersrand and completed a management development program from Manchester University and an executive leadership program from the Gordon Institute of Business Sciences.

 

Steve Lockie

Group Managing Director, Westcon-Comstor Middle East

Steve has over 25 years’ experience in IT distribution and engineering across pre-sales, product management, sales, marketing and business leadership, before joining the business in 2006. With experience of both broadline and specialist distribution models and extensive knowledge of the channel, he’s been responsible for successful business transformations and turnarounds in the UK with Tech Data and the Middle East with Tech Data and Westcon-Comstor.
